Affiliate Marketing Training
Wealthy Affiliate: Wealthy Affiliate is a community learning environment that teaches how to use Affiliate Marketing to build an online business. The main focus of this site is to teach you how to effectively market any product using websites. This can be for a brick and mortar business that wants an online presence or a business that exists totally online.
There are two levels of membership, the Starter Membership and the Premium Membership. The Starter Membership provides a way to get started with your online business at no cost. I’m sure once you see what is inside you will want to upgrade to the Premium membership where you will have access to everything that is offered. Premium membership is only $359.00 per year, less than the cost of one credit hour at most Colleges. Monthly memberships are available for $47.00/ month. There are no upsells, one fee gives you access to everything offered. Spam is actively discouraged.
Elegant Themes: Elegant Themes provides all of their different themes for one price. There are themes that can do just about anything you want them to do, and showcase your site in a variety of ways. For $69/year you can get access to all of the themes. An additional $20 ($89/year) provides access to all of their themes and plugins.
Wealthy Affiliate: Starter members get two free websites to create and learn how to build a site. These are on a subdomain called SiteRubix.
Premium members at Wealthy Affiliate can have 25 sites on the SiteRubix subdomain and an additional 25 sites on a top level domain. You are able to purchase these
Namecheap: Namecheap is an independent hosting company. By that, I mean that they are independent of EIG. EIG is a holding company that has been buying up hosting companies all over the internet. Sadly, the hosting suffers when purchased by EIG. Namecheap is one of the few that has maintained its independence. Not only are they a top class hosting provider but they are also a registrar. So, you can register your site at Namecheap, and get hosting at the same place. You can purchase as much or as little hosting as you need. Does your site require an SSL certificate? If you are doing e-commerce on your site, you will want this.Namecheap offers SSL (Secure Socket Layer) as an option.

Whatever your hosting needs, Namecheap will keep you covered.
Other Hosting Options
Bluehost: Bluehost is one of the premier hosting providers on the web. Each account can have multiple add-on accounts so you can run as many sites as you like on one hosting account. Many optimizations are available specifically for WordPress but any software can be run on their hosting platform.
Hostgator: Hostgator is another hosting program that I recommend. They have low-cost Hatchling hosting for a single site, you can upgrade to the Baby plan or get a dedicated VPS. Whatever your hosting needs Hostgator can provide it for you.
Image Editing Tools
GIMP: (Free)GIMP stands for Gnu Image Manipulation Program. It is a fully featured Image program. I would say that this is a Premium alternative to Photoshop. If you don’t have the financial ability to afford the Adobe Product Suite, then this is your best alternative. You are able to layer, resize, create your own .jpg and .png files. You can adjust colors and add filters. Most of what is possible with Photoshop can be done in GIMP.
Canva: (Free) Canva is an easy to use image creation program. Canva has a paid business option and has images that are paid as well in addition to a limited number of free images. You do not need to use their images and can upload your own or other images that you have permission to use as the basis for your images.
Canva speeds up the creation of customized images that are used on websites and other online assets (Such as Social Networks). They have created optimized templates for most of the Social Networks so that you can maximize your time.
Video Editing Tools
Camtasia: I have a PC so I needed a program that would work with my platform. Camtasia fit the bill. This video editing software will allow you to do transitions, zoom in and out, adjust audio levels and all of the other video manipulation tasks that need to be completed to make a nice quick training video or to massage a video presentation and give it some pop.
You can record over the shoulder screencasts, record presentations on the web, import video and a whole lot more to create a video presentation that will give your viewers a good experience. You can also create interactive media such as tests or quick question and answer sections to test the knowledge of your students.
Camtasia is available for both the PC platform and for MAC and is well worth the investment. I really appreciate that once purchased all updates and upgrades are free. You only pay for this product one time.
Camtasia provides the tools to get your training up to a professional level.
Jaaxy: The Jaaxy keyword tool will provide amazing market intelligence for your online endeavors. Entering a root keyword will provide the related terms that people are searching.
This Keyword Tool will provide search volumes and the number of sites that are targeting that specific keyword term so that you can understand how difficult or how easy a term is to achieve a first page rank for that term. There are many other features that make this a tool worth its weight in gold.
